Registration Information

Registration is located at the Washington State Convention Center.  If you need to select sessions or purchase tickets, you may do so onsite. All tickets are on a space-available basis. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Speaker-Ready Room

Speakers and presenters must upload their presentations in the Speaker-Ready Room before presentation.  The Speaker-Ready Room is located at the Washington State Convention Center. Hours are:

Tuesday, September 16 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Wednesday, September 17  6:00 AM - 6:00 PM 
Thursday, September 18  6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Boxed Lunches

Lunches are included in your registration and will be available in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday and Friday, and the Foyer on Saturday.

Get the Meeting App

The 2015 ASSH Annual Meeting is entirely paperless. Attendees will be required to use a web-enabled mobile device to access all program and abstract content from the free downloadable Annual Meeting App.  The meeting app is not yet available for download.

AFSH Booth

You will find the Foundation booth in the Level 1 Lobby at the Hynes Convention Center.  The VIP "Giving Circle" Lounge (by invitation only) is located in Hall B at the Plaza Level.  The lounge is open Tuesday through Saturday during regular registration hours.

ASSH Educational Resource Center

The ASSH Educational Resource Center will provide information on all ASSH activities, publicationscoursesfuture annual meetings, patient education brochures, self-assessment examinations, apparel and more.  ASSH staff members will be available to answer your questions, fill publication orders and accept course registrations.

Spouse/Guest Program

The spouse/guest registration is available for spouses and guests. An additional registration fee is required. The program includes:

  • Guest Welcome Breakfast on September 18th
  • Continental breakfasts from Thursday through Saturday in the Spouse/Guest Lounge
  • Admission to the exhibit hall
  • Admittance to the President’s Guest Lecture

Lost and Found

The lost and found items are kept at the On-Site Registration Desk, Plaza Level Lobby at Hynes.
